By using PhotoInput ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What PhotoInput is

PhotoInput is a free, browser-based photo analysis and editing tool. All processing happens locally on your device. We don't store, transmit, or have access to your photos.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all photos and images you use with PhotoInput. Since processing happens entirely in your browser, your content never touches our servers.

Acceptable use

You agree to use PhotoInput only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
• Use the Service to process illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Disclaimer of warranties

PhotoInput is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times
• Quality scores or analysis will be accurate for every photo
• Auto-enhancement results will meet your expectations

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoInput and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
