The short version

Your photos never leave your device. PhotoInput runs entirely in your browser using WebGL2 GPU processing. No images are uploaded to any server, ever.

What we don't collect

• Photos — All image processing happens locally in your browser. Photos are never transmitted.
• Accounts — There is no signup, login, or user accounts.
• Personal information — We don't ask for your name, email, or any identifying information.
• Cookies — We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Anonymous analytics

We use Umami with cookieless tracking to understand how the app is used. This collects:

• Page views (which pages are visited)
• Feature usage (which buttons are clicked)
• Basic device info (screen size, browser type)

This data is anonymous and cannot be linked to any individual. No cookies or persistent identifiers are stored on your device.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts — We load the Outfit typeface from Google Fonts. Google may log font requests. See Google's privacy policy.
• Umami — Anonymous usage analytics as described above.

Data storage

PhotoInput may use your browser's local storage to cache temporary processing data. This data stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

Children's privacy

PhotoInput does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
